We have multiple levels of support staff in place to service the contracts we hold. Area managers are on call 24/7 to attend to their respective sites and our customer service team is on call for further cleaning responsibilities other than their designated tasks. We have plans and procedures in place to deal with any disruptions that may occur beyond our control (i.e. staff absentees, natural disaster/flooding etc.)No job is too small or too large for Katharos!
